NEW HAMPTON STYLE HOUSE ON COTSWOLD LAKE (SLEEPS 6)

A 3 bedroom New England style lakeside holiday cottage on Isis lake located within the Cotswold Water Park. Isis Lake is a family friendly small holiday park that offers large green open spaces, well manicured gardens, and a wide selection of activities. The house offers open plan living, with patio doors opening out onto a private lakeside sun deck. The master bedroom boasts a double height French window with excellent views of lakes and gardens with a lovely en-suite.

    The SmartTV is set up for your entertainment. There is an Alexa on the sideboard - just ask her to play you a song - as well as a selection of games in the sideboard, along with table tennis bats to use and a book shelf.

You can find a cordless vacuum, dustpan & brush and an iron & ironing board.

    As well as the kitchen space there is a dining table.

    TERRACE

    Relax & unwind on the terrace. There is a table for 6, 2 armchairs and a sofa just off the Terrace. Just off the terrace is a BBQ - just don't forget to bring charcoal! There are also outdoor games in the storage box.

  • Check-in is between 15:00–22:00, checkout is before 10:00. If there are no guests the night before or after just ask for earlier or later - we’ll accommodate as much as we can

  • Maximum 6 guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 double, 2 singles. Rooms 2 and 3 are fairly snug. The master fits a travel cot also so you could add a baby to the 6.

  • Yes, free parking is available on the premises. There is one dedicated space right out side and parking for other cars a 20 second walk away.

  • No, pets are not permitted.

  • Yes, free WiFi throughout.

  • Self check-in via a lockbox — no need to meet anyone on arrival.

  • It’s a really quiet site so no parties and events are not permitted.

WHERE YOU’LL BE

This is a quiet development of cottages. When we arrive we feel the tension in our shoulders disappearing - something to do with the water and atmosphere of the place. The local walks are stunning - whether it's along the old railway line, along the old canal or around the neighbouring lakes and streams. There's also plenty for the more adventurous with water activities less than a 5 minute walk away and Cotswold Park and Beach just 5 minutes drive away (with its massive inflatable water park).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This is a small 3 bedroom house. It’s ideal for a family to stay as 2 of the bedrooms are fairly snug (as shown in the pictures).
