THE SPACE

There's a lot to do on-site as well as stunning walks and cycle paths. You can use three all-weather tennis courts, one of which is floodlit, a children’s adventure playground, football, croquet, la boules, table tennis and there's a golf practice net. The Games Room is located within the tennis pavilion and boasts a pool table, table top football and a selection of video games.

Windrush lake (next to Isis within the same development) is ideal for non-powered boating with your own paddleboard or kayak and the two Isis lakes offer both carp and trout fishing. Isis lake also has a small beach area for paddling (no swimming).
There's also a stream running through the back of the development for paddling and childhood adventures.

    THE BEACH

    Just walk to the other side of the lake and you'll find the Paddling Beach. You can't swim here but it's ideal for getting sand between your toes.

LOCAL WALKS

There are many great circular walks around the Cotswold Water Park, varying in distances from 2km to 18km, and even longer! There is plenty of choice and opportunity to explore the area, and to experience the huge variety of landscapes, from winding river trails, canal tow paths, vast lakes, woodland walks, and flower rich meadows.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

  • SOUTH CERNEY OUTDOOR

    Lake just through the back gate of the development (or next door whilst driving). Great place to practice or learn sailing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, canoeing or kayaking. Pre booking advised. There is also a sky-line aerial adventure.

  • COTSWOLD COUNTRY PARK & BEACH

    Home of the largest Inland beach in the UK and home to Aqua venture - a huge inflatable obstacle course.

  • LAKESIDE SKI & WAKE

    On Spring Lake, less than a 5 mins drive away. Pre book for water skiing, ringos and other inflatable fun.

  • BOURTON-ON-THE-WATER

    Venice of the Cotswolds - this is a charming English village with Birdworld and a lovely maze.

  • LAKE 86

    A short walk away, you can hire paddle board and kayaks here, or open swim (you must sign up beforehand).

  • CIRENCESTER

    Known as the Capital of the Cotswolds, Cirencester is a lovely market town with many little backstreets to explore.
